Five practices, one team

We work across the platforms most of our clients already run, plus the generative AI layer increasingly being built on top of them. Engagements are staffed by the people who will do the work.

Generative AI

Put language models to work on problems that pay back.

Most generative AI projects stall somewhere between the demo and production. We work on the unglamorous parts that decide whether a system survives contact with real users: grounding answers in your own data, measuring quality before launch rather than after, controlling cost per request, and giving your team a way to tell whether a change made things better or worse.

Typical work

  • Retrieval systems over internal documents and records
  • Assistants and agents wired into the systems you already run
  • Evaluation harnesses and regression suites for model output
  • Cost, latency and guardrail design for production workloads

Cloud

Environments that scale predictably and cost what you expect.

Cloud work goes wrong in two directions: architectures that cannot grow, and bills that grow faster than the business. We design for the traffic you actually have, automate environments so they can be rebuilt rather than nursed, and make spend visible to the people who own the budget.

Typical work

  • Landing zones, networking and account structure
  • Infrastructure as code and repeatable deployment pipelines
  • Workload migration without a big-bang cutover
  • Cost visibility, rightsizing and spend guardrails

Salesforce

A CRM your teams will actually keep up to date.

Salesforce rarely fails through outages. It fails quietly, through data nobody trusts. We repair the integration seams where records diverge, retire custom code that should never have been custom, and shape the platform around how your teams really sell and support rather than how the org chart looks.

Typical work

  • Integration with ERP, billing, marketing and support systems
  • Data model clean-up, deduplication and migration
  • Automation with Flow in place of accumulated Apex
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation

ServiceNow

Workflows that close requests instead of routing them in circles.

ServiceNow pays for itself when work stops bouncing between queues. We map how requests really move through your organisation, automate the handoffs that waste the most time, and keep the platform close enough to out-of-the-box that upgrades stay boring.

Typical work

  • ITSM implementation and process design
  • Integration with monitoring, HR and asset systems
  • Custom applications on the Now Platform
  • Upgrade remediation and technical debt reduction

Custom software

Built only where a product genuinely does not exist.

Custom software is the most expensive answer, so it should be the last one considered. When the off-the-shelf options really do not fit, we build systems your own team can maintain after we leave: conventional stacks, documented decisions, and tests that tell you when something broke.

Typical work

  • Web applications and internal tools
  • APIs and system integration layers
  • Replacement of spreadsheet and email-driven processes
  • Handover, documentation and team enablement

Not sure which of these you need?

That is a normal place to start. Describe the problem and we will tell you which practice it belongs to, or that it is not something we should take on.
